CEO/President, Brian Sharp leads the company with over twenty years of experience in property and casualty, managed care, and PPO organizational development. Brian has held management positions with Crawford and Company and other managed care companies/PPOs with strong regional based and national claims and managed care delivery systems. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and his Master’s Degree from The University of Montevallo located in Montevallo, Alabama.

Executive Vice President, Bethany Tyson, has 11 years of health care operations, sales and marketing experience. She entered the managed care market in 1996 after completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Middle Tennessee State University. She has been involved in the growth of prominent companies such as NHC Healthcare and HCA. Bethany was the first Director of Business Development brought on at HCA to head up sales efforts for the HCA Physician Services division.
Chief Information Officer, Christian Puryear, brings over 10 years of IT experience specific to the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Prime Health, Christian held positions with NotRocket IT services, Crosslin & Vaden (now Crosslin & Associates), HealthStream, and HCA. Puryear is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Prime Health's technology development including our strategy for technology platforms, product development, and standards compliance.
Vice President of Provider Contracting, Nicki Jolly, heads up the Provider Contracting team with has over 10 years of managed care experience and brings a depth of understanding to the Provider Contracting Department. Nicki was formerly of FOCUS Healthcare where she held positions in management for recruiting and network development for regional and national PPO provider contracting
Director of Provider Contracting, Todd Hurt, has over ten years of healthcare experience, coming to Prime Health from Magellan Health Services. Todd has coupled seven years' of unique BHO customer and physician relations experience with three years' provider contracting experience with Prime Health.
Vice President of Hospital Contracting, Bobby Banyan, heads up the hospital provider contracting team with over 20 years of working with major corporations as P&L manager. The past 10 years he has been focused on working directly with negotiating contractual agreements which have resulted in company growth within his market.
Vice President of Provider Relations, Dorrence Stovall, has over 20 years of industry experience. Dorrence previously worked in Administration with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, in network development with Aetna US Healthcare and with FOCUS Healthcare/Concentra leading national recruitment and development efforts.
Director of Credentialing, Christina Hancock, has over 3 years of credentialing experience. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She oversees all of the daily processes for the credentialing department and works closely with the PHS Physician Credentialing Committee who participate in the review of contracted physicians for appropriateness to allow participation in the Prime Health Services Network.
